THE DANCE CENTRE - PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: July 2026 We collect the personal information necessary to enrol students, run classes, communicate with families, process payments, and meet legal obligations. This includes parent/guardian names, contact details, student names and dates of birth, medical/allergy information you choose to share, photo/video consent preferences, and payment records. HOW WE USE IT - Class administration, attendance, invoicing, and communication with families. - Safety, first-aid, and emergency contact use. - Concert, exam, and event coordination. - With your consent, promotional photography/video for studio marketing (you can withdraw this at any time by contacting us). WHO WE SHARE IT WITH - Payment processors (Stripe) for card payments. - Email/SMS providers used for studio communications. - Government or examining bodies where enrolment in an exam or program requires it. - We do not sell personal information. STORAGE & SECURITY - Data is stored on secure Australian/EU cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff. YOUR RIGHTS - You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your family's personal information at any time by emailing admin@dancecentre.com.au.
